It’s all about Canaletto for two days at the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art in Hartford. A movie and a special tour will focus on the legendary 18th century Venetian cityscape artis.

“Canaletto and the Art of Venice” is shown Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 25 and 26, at 2 p.m. each day. Phil Grabsky’s documentary is a filmed overview of an exhibit that took place at London’s Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle.

The screening will be preceded on both days at 12:30 p.m. by a talk about the museum’s own Canaletto painting.

Admission, which includes the gallery talk and documentary screening, is $9, $8 seniors and students, $7 members, free for Insider Access and above. thewadsworth.org.

The Canaletto film also will be shown on Sunday, Dec. 3, at 1 and 3 p.m. at Cinestudio, 300 Summit St., on the campus of Trinity College in Hartford. Admission is $10, $8 seniors and students, $7 Friends of Cinestudio. cinestudio.org.
